British values have been identified as key principles that have to be taught to children and young people throughout their education. This course explains how to teach British values in early years’ settings.
The main learning objectives of the course are as follows:
- To know what British Values are, as detailed by Ofsted
- To understand how to bring British Values into your setting
- To understand teaching British Values through literacy in the EYFS
- To understand teaching British Values through understanding the world
- To understand teaching British Values through physical development
- To understand teaching British Values through rulemaking
