Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tender Nannies. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. This refund policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services. Please read this policy carefully before using our services.


  1. Application Fee: The application fee paid to Tender Nannies is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your application and conducting background checks.
  2. Placement Fee: The placement fee paid to Tender Nannies is refundable under the following conditions:
    • Failed Background Check: If the selected childminder fails the background check conducted by the agency, a full refund of the placement fee will be provided.
    • Non-Availability of Childminder: If the selected childminder becomes unavailable to provide childminding services due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons, a full refund of the placement fee will be provided.
    • Termination of Services by Childminder: If the childminder terminates their services within the first week of placement, a partial refund of the placement fee may be provided, based on the remaining duration of the agreed-upon contract.
    • Unsatisfactory Service: If the client is unsatisfied with the services provided by the childminder within the first week of placement, a partial refund of the placement fee may be considered on a case-by-case basis, after thorough investigation and discussion with all parties involved.
  1. Refund Process: To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to Tender Nannies within seven (7) days of the incident or termination of services. The request must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation or evidence. The agency will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances outlined in section 2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  3. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services provided by Tender Nannies, such as consultation fees, background check fees, or additional optional services, may be non-refundable. The non-refundable nature of these services will be clearly communicated to the client prior to payment.
  4. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding the refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation or arbitration as a means of dispute resolution.
  5. Amendments to the Refund Policy: Tender Nannies reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
